Does anyone have any diapers, Enfamil Formula or checks, or baby boy clothing? Mom-in-need, had a tumor?
Do you have any diapers, Enfamil Lipil formula or checks, baby boy clothing, a monitor, sterilizer, or other baby items that you no longer need?
I had an ovarian tumor and three surgeries and have had lots of medical problems within the last year which has caused severe financial difficulties. We do not qualify for WIC, I have to formula-feed for medical reasons, and I don’t have family to help me.
Money is extremely tight right now, I am giving birth to a baby boy in 9 weeks, and we can use all the help we can get. We don’t have anything for our baby. Once we get back on our feet, I could send you any coupons or kids items that I come across if you want. Please let me know at mrssoldier33@yahoo.com.
Thank you with all of my heart. <3
P.S. I have joined freecycle.org and but haven’t received any responses yet. I also tried craigslist.org but there are not any free items in my area (just lots of wanted).
If there are any moms or dads out there that are in a position to sincerely help, I would appreciate it more than you realize. Once we get things back in order, I can send you any coupons or items I come across for your children in return. Thank you <3 <3

A lot of churches in my area (TN) have specific days where they are open and give out free clothing…you could check on this in your area..anything is worth checking into….
Also your local health department should be able to help you out w/ formula even tho you dont qualify for wic..
good luck and best wishes……
Well, if you are indeed a military wife, then you need to contact your FRG and get them involved. That is what they are there for. Look to your husband’s command for help also.
I don’t have anything for newborns, but I found a great site where you can get clothes and all the baby stuff you could possibly need for free.
You can trade clothes, toys, books, and anything else you’ll need with other moms. They even have a coupon section, and most of the coupons are free. Instead of paying for stuff with real money, you pay with their currency, "Kiz Credits." You can get more credits by listing your things that you no longer need, and you can spend the credits on stuff you do need.
Here is the link:

You start out with 5 credits. If you put this code YIWIYB into the referral box during signup, you get 2 bonus credits. And your first 7 credits are enough to buy one or two things!
I agree that the FRG can help you. The FRG leader will probably send you to the ACS office. I’m not sure what post you’re near, but if you’re near Ft Knox, I can come to the house to wash cloth diapers. I can also sew some up for you–my mom has a ton of fabric that she would love me to use (so she can buy more). I totally love cloth diapers, and not just because they’re cheap. If you want me to sew cloth diapers, email me through this forum and I will get started and send them to you.
I would also urge you to find a La Leche League leader or lactation consultant because most physicians don’t really know whether you can breastfeed or not, so they just push formula. Unless you have mo mammary glands, HIV/AIDS or hepatitis, you can probably breastfeed, even if you have to supplement with a supplementer. The supplementer delivers formula while baby is breastfeeding, which allows your breasts to do most of the work while only using a little bit of formula.
