Lender Contract

If the amount of 150 to 200 U.S. Dollars is lent to myself by November 18th 2009 (I) the borrower, shall repay the given about within the time frame of November 20th, 2009 to February 13, 2010. By the end date, the total amount lent will be paid in full. No interest fees will be paid.
In addition to the repayment of the given amount, an unlimited* (free) babysitting service shall be provided from myself to the lender, from today’s date November 18th, 2009 until the end of the year December 31st, 2009. If the borrowed amount is repaid to the lender before the end of the year December 31st 2009, the unlimited* babysitting service will continue until December31st 2009.
If the borrowed amount is demanded between January 1st 2010 and February 13, 2010, the free child care service agreement will be terminated.
Terms of child care service
The Unlimited Baby Sitting Service will be provided as follows.
-You may request the service multiple times in a 24 hour period.
-The total hours provided may not exceed 10 hours for a 24 hour period. If more than 10 hours total are required, 15 minutes after the tenth hour, the standard rate of per hour will be charged.
-If asked to supervise another babysitter (example: Sabrina) this will also count for the 10 free hours. Example: Gabby babysits 7 hours, then supervises Sabrina who babysits 3 hours, the total amount of free hours will be expended.
-A maximum of two children per 24 hour period. Any number of children exceeding two will be charged a rate of .00 per hour.
-Request of Borrower. To ensure optimal child care performance, please do not request the babysitter (myself) to provide the babysitting service ending later than 9:00 p.m., then one consecutive day after, before 8:00 a.m. Example: Gabby is relieved of babysitting duty on Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. She must wake to prepare to babysit the following day (Wednesday) at 7:00a.m. Then babysit at 8:00a.m.
-Also please remember the borrower is attending school, during week 10 and week 11 of her quarter, Please consider the total hours required to complete homework will increase, and limited requests to babysit will be much appreciated.

No it is very unfair, you could be babysitting for 10 hours ( or more ) every day till the end of the year, you are in school, so when are you likely to attend school if you are doing this?
OMG $200 for unlimited babysitting til the end of the year??? Can I get your phone number? Heck- I’ll give you $500 just til the End of November, and no need to pay it back.
